Snorkeling Trips - PDC
Snorkeling off the coast of Playa del Carmen is an unforgettable adventure. Our boat captains know nearby locations where the reef is shallow enough to offer snorkelers a close up look at the fish, coral, sponges and other sea life of the Caribbean Sea. You can experience what scuba divers see, but without the dive gear. We offer 3 hour trips.
The Dive Center Boat takes groups of 2 to 8 snorkelers out twice daily. These small groups are led by our multilingual Divemaster who will guide you to the best sights. The Divemaster ensures safety measures are followed, offers help and advice, and shows you how to respect nature.
If you don’t know how to snorkel, don’t worry it is easy. The guide can teach you to snorkel in minutes. All ages can enjoy this sport, and everything you need is included.
Three hour snorkeling trips leave from the Dive Center every day.
The morning Snorkeling Tour meets at 9:00 AM for a 9:30 AM departure time.
The afternoon Snorkeling Tour meets at 1:00 PM for a 1:30 PM departure.
Please reserve a day in advance. Minimum 2 people per snorkeling trip.

Price: $40 US per person
Snorkeling Tours include snorkeling gear, refreshments and fruits, and guide service. For your comfort, snorkeling tours are on a 25 foot boat with overhead protection. Life jackets and radio are always aboard. Just bring a towel and wear your bathing suit!
Deposit: We require a 30% deposit via paypal, the remainder of the balance is due in cash (it can be paid in dollars or pesos) at the dive shop on the day of your dive.
Cancellation policy:
- If cancellation occurs more than 15 days before your planned arrival, we will refund the amount charged, keeping 30 USD as cancellation fee.
- If cancellation occurs during the 15 days before your arrival, there will be no refund.
