Program Duration: 1 hour (including orientation)
Rate: US $ 79 Adults (12 years or older) & US $ 69 Children (6 to 11 y.o) Kids from 1 to 5 years old swim free with a paying adult.

Restrictions
• The minimum age to participate in the Dolphin Encounter is 1 year
• Children from 1 to 5 years participate free, always accompanied by a participant and paid adult
• Children from 1 to 7 who participate in the program must be accompanied by a participant adult
• For this program, Children from 8 and over may swim on their own without an adult companion
• The use of the Dolphin Discovery safety vests is required in all our programs and for all the participants
• For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any of our water programs
• Participants to our programs must have good health in general and be able to follow and understand the trainers´ directions
• If you have been operated recently or if you have any physical limitation, (for example, back problems), it is important to mention to our Reservation staff before to make your purchase.
Deposit: We require a 30% deposit via paypal, the remainder of the balance is due to the service provider on the day of your tour.
Cancellation policy:
- If cancellation occurs more than 15 days before your planned arrival, we will refund the amount charged.
- If cancellation occurs during the 15 days before your arrival, there will be no refund.
