This darling apartment sits in a small enclosed local neighborhood. The residents as well as short term visitors seem to love it there! It will not be the same experience as being in the center of town with all its activity but you will definitely feel at home here and enjoy a taste of local living. You are within walking distance to the beach as well and the pedestrian walkway of 5th Ave. It is a peaceful place with a certain charm. The area is filled with an international mix of residents and visitors as you will find throughout Playa del Carmen. There is a small park in the center of the neighborhood where children gather and a palapa than can be rented for private parties. There is security that is on duty 24 hours every day.
