The Royal Palms is located in Playa del Carmen’s newest neighborhood. Luxury condos featuring courtyard fountains and a pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The Royal Palms Condos is located on famous 5th Avenue and 26th Street, within walking distance to Playa’s fabulous restaurants and pedestrian promenade hosting galleries, entertainment and handicraft shops to upscale international boutiques.
All units are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Units have in-suite washers and dryers, cable TV and high speed Internet data port. Four units are wheelchair accessible via an elevator.
The cobble stoned streets are quiet in this safe neighborhood, only two blocks from Mamitas Beach Club, one of the finest beaches in Playa del Carmen. Mamitas Beach Club offers bar, restaurant, dive shop, water sports and lots of lounge chairs.
We have a total of 11 condo units, each one unique. The Royal Palms Condominiums are available for rent year round with a one-week minimum stay.Smoking is permitted outside of the units on decks and patios.
Maid service is provided twice during the week.
No pets, please.

Each unit is individually owned but decorated and maintained beautifully.
Featuring Loft #1
This luxury 2 level unit with 19 foot ceilings, is located on the main level facing the pool and courtyard gardens. The unit has a poolside patio off the entryway.
The sunken living room which features two story arched windows, is level with the courtyard pool and tropical gardens and provides for spacious entertaining or relaxation. The u-shaped sofa is wide enough to double as extra sleeping accommodation. A two-piece bathroom is located off the kitchen/dining rooms.
The bright kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances. There is a large pantry. Dining table seats 4.
The unit features a spiral staircase, wood with wrought-iron railing, ascending to the spacious upstairs mezzanine bedroom. The bedroom has beautiful hardwood floors with a king-size bed, full 4-piece bathroom with combined Jacuzzi bathtub/shower.
The unit has a private terrace overlooking 26th Street.
Rental is based on double occupancy. Additional charges for extra persons
