The house is located 6 blocks from the beach off of Calle 38 (entrance to the neighborhood is on Calle 38 and Av. 25), Mza. 98, Lote 64.
There are two apartments on the ground level. Each apartment is about 500 sf. with a living area, kitchen, bath, bedroom and outside sitting area. They are fully furnished, one-bedroom apartments with a king size bed. Cable tv and wireless internet access is provided, as well as water and gas. Both apartments have A/C in the bedroom. Electricity is extra.
Tohoku is a small private neighborhood with 24 hour security. It’s safe and quiet and is mostly occupied by families.
One apartment will be rented long-term, 6 month contract for $650 USD per month plus deposit of $650 USD. And one apartment will be available for short term at $350 USD per week including electricity (monthly rates negotiable). Naturally the rates are subject to change depending upon season and demand.
