The condominium has a reliable administration. The 8 unit property has a swimming pool, garden areas, rof top terrace withcess t a grill and small workout gym. All the apartments are very nicely decorated with balcony and air-conditioning. (We found the units very comfortable).

50% Deposit at the time of bookingis required. The remainder due is expected to be paid 45 days before arrival date. (If rental is being made less tha 45 days before arrival, full payment is expected.) Payment options include wire transfer to a US bank or the use of paypal with a 3% processing charge.
Currency: Rates are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD), 12% tax is not included in above prices. Prices are for 2 and 4 persons add $20.00 usd per night for extra person this has to be paid at the time of check in.
Policies:
Cancellations in low season must be made 30 days before arrival date. A 90% refund will apply subject to bank commissions and or mail expenses.
Cancellations in high season and holidays must be made 60 days prior to to arrival. A 90%und will apply and subject to bank commissions and or mail expenses.
Cancellations made between 1-29 days in low season and/or 59 days in high season and holidays are not subject to refunds.
