Located three blocks from lively 5th Avenue, the two-bedroom house is an easy stroll from the best beaches in town. It’s tucked away in a safe residential neighborhood, quiet at night, and close to all kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants. Everything in Playa del Carmen is only a walk away!
Private off-street parking, satellite TV, and laundry facilities are all on site. Maid service every two days is included.
The bedrooms are individually air-conditioned, with extremely comfortable orthopedic queen beds, piles of hypo-allergenic pillows and high quality linens. And there’s a double futon in the living room.
For in-house entertainment, satellite TV service (24/7/365) is provided on a new flat screen TV in the comfortable living room, as well as a VCR and many movies.
The house is efficiently air-conditioned and, with ceiling and floor fans throughout, you’ll always be cool and comfortable.

The pressure water system provides a great shower in the upstairs full bathroom. Downstairs there’s a two-piece washroom with full-sized washer and dryer, so you can pack and carry less.
In the spacious backyard patio, shaded in the mornings and afternoons, you’ll find a pretty garden. There’s a large barbeque, tables and chairs, and a retractable clothes line, handy after a day at the beach.
The complete kitchen, with a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave and lots of appliances, has everything you’ll need.
Our attentive English speaking agent will welcome you on arrival. At a competitive cost, private airport transfer is available. Cell phones are available for a small weekly rental.
The best beaches and popular beach clubs are just down the street. Located on wide stretches of cool white sand, they are great places to spend the day, or just pick a spot and settle down on the open public beaches. We even include beach chairs, towels, and beach umbrella!
Close by are the beautiful eco-parks Xcaret and Xel-Ha, as well as Akumal, the famous turtle nesting site, and the stunning Mayan archeological sites at Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza. Dazzling fresh water cenotes dot the nearby jungle and the fabulous scuba-diving island of Cozumel is just a ferry ride away.

PAYMENT
50% deposit, to be paid upon booking. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will
reserve your dates for you.
The balance must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
US $200 for up to a month
US $400 for over one month
For more than two months, security deposits will be advised at time of
booking.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations made at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival date are
entitled to a 90% refund of the total. Cancellations made after that time
are not subject to refund.
However, if you are unable to cancel within the designated time, you will
receive a 90% refund if we subsequently rent the unit for your originally
scheduled dates.
