It’s less than a 15 minute walk to Playa del Carmen, as well as to the beach, you can also walk to The Reef, a beautiful resort in which you have free access to a private white sand beach! You’ll be surrounded by lush tropical flowers, and nearby, visit a bird aviary and Mayan ruins located in Playacar!
A new, private 10,000 square foot spa is across the 5th hole fairway for your massage-after-golf delight.
The first level consists of a brand new fully equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area, laundry room with washer/dryer, a full bath, and living area with your own private bar for sipping those well-deserved Margaritas at the Margaritaville Bar.
The Second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has its own full private terrace. The other two bedrooms each have a small terrace, with two bedrooms overlooking the wooded canopy that separates the 5th hole fairway from the house. There is a TV with Direct TV, VCR/DVD players, with videos and DVD for your use.
