The Royal Palms is located in Playa del Carmen’s newest neighborhood. Luxury condos featuring courtyard fountains and a pool surrounded by tropical gardens. The Royal Palms Condos is located on famous 5th Avenue and 26th Street, within walking distance to Playa’s fabulous restaurants and pedestrian promenade hosting galleries, entertainment and handicraft shops to upscale international boutiques.
All units are air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans. Units have in-suite washers and dryers, cable TV and high speed Internet data port. Four units are wheelchair accessible via an elevator.
The cobble stoned streets are quiet in this safe neighborhood, only two blocks from Mamitas Beach Club, one of the finest beaches in Playa del Carmen. Mamitas Beach Club offers bar, restaurant, dive shop, water sports and lots of lounge chairs.
We have a total of 11 condo units, each one unique. The Royal Palms Condominiums are available for rent year round with a one-week minimum stay.Smoking is permitted outside of the units on decks and patios.
Maid service is provided twice during the week.
No pets, please.

There is the only one 3 BR unit in the Palms Condos. It is very special and is not made for children. Responsible adults only please.
Suite #7 is a spectacular condo located on the 2nd floor with elevator access or by stairway. My suite is tastefully furnished and decorated with all the conveniences of home. You will never want to leave.This is a three-bedroom suite, with two master suites. Both Master suites have king size beds and the adjoining bedroom also have a king size bed. All bedrooms have their own balconies with views over 5th Avenue. There is ample storage and closets. My Master bedroom has an exceptionally large bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Each bedroom is equipped with Televisions and DVD players.
I have a total of 2 full bathrooms plus a powder room. In keeping with my Mexican/ Caribbean theme, I have purchased Talavera tiles and sinks.My kitchen comes fully equipped with a stainless steel refrigerator, with an ice maker. I have equipped the suite with an in-line water filtration system (ozone treatment). I have a counter top range, a large microwave, full size oven and a dishwasher. Adjacent to my fully equipped kitchen is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. My condo also features a bar with a built in wine cooler.
Spiral stairs off the elevator lobby lead to a rooftop terrace where one can enjoy both panoramic Caribbean Sea and city views and fully appreciate the tropical sunrises and sunsets and the beautiful night skies. This is a private terrace with a large 6 person outdoor Jacuzzi. There are tables, chairs, barbecue, and lounge chairs for relaxing and enjoying the breath taking views. My home is an incredible condo and I make it available for rental during the times that our family is not enjoying it ourselves.
My suite is perfect for three couples to share or families, I have based the occupancy of my suite at six.A classic Mexican Talavera base is the support for my dining table with a half moon nook makes it very roomy and cozy for any dinning occasion.
With my Mexican/Caribbean theme I have purchased heavy woven wood furniture for the living room, palm leaf ceiling fans and Talavera urns. The furniture is very unique. You can bring your favorite CD’s and laptop for Internet access so you can stay in touch with family and friends. I have a TV with cablevision for those moments during my holiday that you want to keep up to date with news items or just have the option to have a movie in the comfort of my own suite.
