The Azulik villas in Tulum are fully constructed of fine local hardwoods, with a large private deck to enjoy the spectacular sea view to the East and a series of ceiling to floor windows to enjoy the tropical jungle to the West. All Azulik villas have new electronic safes, which operate with either a credit card (swipe the bar code, there is no charge to use the safe) or your own private PIN number. Safes are large enough to fit two laptops and more. All villas have private bathrooms with hot water. The exterior seaside tub also has both cold and hot water for a relaxing evening soak.

Honeymoon Villa
The best view, perched on the end of the cliff with a stairway to the sandy beach for direct beach access. Returning guests will remember this as Azulik #12.
Romance Villa
Guests will enjoy a LAN cable for internet access. Returning guests will remember this as Azulik #1. This villa has a stairway down to the water, with a short walk to the beach.
Sea Villas
The sea villas are perched on a rocky cliff above the sea. Numbers 2 and 3 share a staircase down to the beach below.
Beach Villas
The beach villas rise up above the sandy beach on stilts. These three villas (#13-14-15) have a wide view of the sea and easy access from the deck directly to the sandy beach.

All of the twelve sea villas are similar, with the exception of our honeymoon villa (#12) and our romance villa (#1). The honeymoon villa has an ample terrace with direct beach access, and the romance villa has a LAN cable for internet access. The beach villas rise up above the sandy beach on stilts. Rates are for the Azulik villa only, and do not include meals.
Azulik Policies:
In order to place a reservation, we require a 100% deposit for the amount.
We do not have a minimum stay except during the holiday season, when there is a minimum seven night stay.
Once we have confirmed your reservation, we cannot accept date changes and no refunds can be given. Please let us know us if you will be arriving late. All reservations will be canceled by 3:00 p.m. the following day if the guest does not arrive as scheduled, according to date of arrival. (More detail below).
Reservation Process
We will process 100% payment for your stay, at time of booking. Your credit card will show ECO-RES/TICKETMASTER. Your reservation is unconditionally non-refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations – Credit valid for one year will be issued. ”PLEASE PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE“ Cancellations/Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a $50usd fee applies. Changes/cancellations within 48 hours in advance are subject to one night charge (credit will be issued for the remaining non- refundable balance)- Date changes are not accepted on the day of arrival – day of arrival cancellations are completely non-refundable and not valid for credit. If you are arriving late, (we will hold the accommodation until 12pm the following day.
VERY IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY
EcoTulum Resorts (Azulik) highly recommends that you purchase trip cancellation service as reservations are non-refundable. The insurance will cover you in case of a natural disaster or medical emergency (please verify all terms and conditions with the insurance company).If there is a Tropical Storm Warning or a Hurricane Warning issued for Mexico, Azulik, Zahra, Cabanas Copal and Maya Spa may close before or during your scheduled reservation and you may be asked not to come or be asked to leave early. If you do not purchase insurance coverage, and are unable to travel, are unable to stay in our accommodations, or are asked not to come or to checkout, or to depart early due to a tropical storm or hurricane, EcoTulum Resorts will hold on account for one year, the unused balance of your reservation which may be applied toward the payment for any new reservation beginning within one year of the originally scheduled arrival date. In the event of these circumstances, we will waive the $50 usd. cancellation fee.We will not hold waive the $50 usd. cancellation/change fee if you are unable to travel because of cancelled flights, personal reasons, medical emergencies or any other condition causing a cancellation or change of dates. If you do not purchase insurance, if you choose to leave, you will not be refunded or credited for the unused portion of your stay. Under all circumstances, EcoTulum Resorts and its reservations office, Eco-Res, shall not issue a refund whatsoever.
EcoTulum Resorts strongly recommends and encourages trip cancellation insurance!
No shows, late arrivals (beyond 12pm the day following your planned arrival date), early departures are all non-refundable. No refunds will be granted. Guests who abandon the rooms of EcoTulum Resorts (Azulik, Zahra, and Cabanas Copal) for any reason whatsoever agree they have no rights to compensation.
