Cabanas & Hotel Zahra
Location: Beach Road, Tulum, Mexico
At Zahra, seaside hotel and cabanas, there are 22 rooms, all of which have ceiling fans and electrical lighting from morning to 11 p.m. All rooms have direct beach access, with two private, sandy beaches to choose from. The Zahra rooms and cabañas are clustered on a small property nestled between two sandy beaches.
The cabañas are based on the traditional Mayan style, with thatched palm roofs, and some are raised on stilts above the sandy beach. Guests can enjoy in-room spa services and room service from the restaurant, or they can 
venture out to the restaurant to enjoy authentic Mexican specialties and live music. Our restaurant-bar is open all day long for dining and room service. Zahra has wireless internet access in the restaurant. On the occasion when the wireless is not available, there are internet cafes in Tulum (6 km from Zahra).
Zahra is ideal for travelers seeking less of a rustic jungle experience, while still being able to enjoy the natural beauty of Tulum. Some rooms are sea view, while others look out onto our central garden.
Zahra Reataurant: Our restaurant and bar opened for service this December. Our menu is focused on Mexican specialties and Mayan delicacies. We have a tortilla maker in the evenings for fresh, handmade tortillas, sopes, and tostadas.
Breakfast

Enjoy traditional Mexican breakfasts, including huevos rancheros, sopes, molletes, and more. Fresh fruit salads, vegetarian sopes, and fruit crepes are just some of the vegetarian choices. Freshly squeezed orange juice and other fruit blends are available.
Lunch
(11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
Salads, sandwiches, fajitas, and Mexican grilled specialties are available in the afternoon, including a variety of fresh ceviches, shrimp cocktail, and shrimp kabobs. Vegetarian options include salads, tortilla soup, fajitas, avocado stuffed with nopales, etc.
Dinner
(6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)
Enjoy a variety of Mexican specialties including nopales, ceviches, tacos, and tostadas, all served with handmade tortillas. We have a wide variety of vegetarian, fish, and shellfish options. Choose from our different fresh salsas to get your mouth blazing. This is all traditional Mexican food, no Tex-Mex on the menu!
Room service will be available upon request, should you prefer to dine in on your seaside patio or balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. Please sign up for breakfast service before 10:00 p.m. the night before, and please request dinner service before 5:00 p.m. the same day.

Three beachfront cabañas all have one king size bed and two bunk beds, full bathroom, and ceiling fan. Great sea view from the room. All Kanab cabanas have large, ceiling to floor windows to take in the sea view and enjoy the sea breeze.

Family Cabana
There are three two-story cabanas designed with families in mind. The upstairs couple´s suite has a large living area, with a king size bed and an ample inside sitting area as well as a soaking tub. Downstairs is the bathroom and kid´s area, with two bunk beds and a queen size bed. Well lit and comfortable, with large ceiling to floor windows and ceiling fans in both living areas.
These cabanas are not directly located on the beach, but are just a short walk from the water. Please note that these are two-story cabanas, with a full flight of stairs between the two levels. If you have toddlers, you might prefer one of the Kanab cabanas, which are one level only.

We do not have a minimum stay except during the holiday season, when there is a minimum seven night stay.
Once we have confirmed your reservation, we cannot accept date changes and no refunds can be given. Please let us know us if you will be arriving late. All reservations will be canceled by 3:00 p.m. the following day if the guest does not arrive as scheduled, according to date of arrival. (More detail below).

Reservation Process
We will process 100% payment for your stay, at time of booking. Your credit card will show ECO-RES/TICKETMASTER. Your reservation is unconditionally non-refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations - Credit valid for one year will be issued. ”PLEASE PURCHASE CANCELLATION INSURANCE“ Cancellations/Changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival and a $50usd fee applies. Changes/cancellations within 48 hours in advance are subject to one night charge (credit will be issued for the remaining non- refundable balance)- Date changes are not accepted on the day of arrival - day of arrival cancellations are completely non-refundable and not valid for credit. If you are arriving late, (we will hold the accommodation until 12pm the following day.
VERY IMPORTANT CANCELLATION POLICY
EcoTulum Resorts (Azulik) highly recommends that you purchase trip cancellation service as reservations are non-refundable. The insurance will cover you in case of a natural disaster or medical emergency (please verify all terms and conditions with the insurance company).If there is a Tropical Storm Warning or a Hurricane Warning issued for Mexico, Azulik, Zahra, Cabanas Copal and Maya Spa may close before or during your scheduled reservation and you may be asked not to come or be asked to leave early. If you do not purchase insurance coverage, and are unable to travel, are unable to stay in our accommodations, or are asked not to come or to checkout, or to depart early due to a tropical storm or hurricane, EcoTulum Resorts will hold on account for one year, the unused balance of your reservation which may be applied toward the payment for any new reservation beginning within one year of the originally scheduled arrival date. In the event of these circumstances, we will waive the $50 usd. cancellation fee.We will not hold waive the $50 usd. cancellation/change fee if you are unable to travel because of cancelled flights, personal reasons, medical emergencies or any other condition causing a cancellation or change of dates. If you do not purchase insurance, if you choose to leave, you will not be refunded or credited for the unused portion of your stay. Under all circumstances, EcoTulum Resorts and its reservations office, Eco-Res, shall not issue a refund whatsoever.

No shows, late arrivals (beyond 12pm the day following your planned arrival date), early departures are all non-refundable. No refunds will be granted. Guests who abandon the rooms of EcoTulum Resorts (Zahra) for any reason whatsoever agree they have no rights to compensation.
