U.S. Consular Agency in PDC
In June 2007, a new U.S. Consular agency office opened in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
It is an extentsion of the Consulate in Merida.
This enhances the ability to aide and assist U.S. citizens who encounter emergency situations while traveling in this region.
